Jim grew up in Muskoka, and experienced hard work in his teens at Clevelands House Resort, Lake Rosseau.
Jim’s parents ventured the hospitality industry in 1974 purchasing The Holiday House, (now called Inn at the Falls) in Bracebridge.
Jim, still in high school, learned customer service, work ethics and product knowledge. His mom was the boss, and a great mentor working relentlessly and always with a smile.
Following college, Jim with his adventurous nature and love of sports, joined Molson Canada, where he was a part of the corporate team for 22 years.
When Jim is not working, you can find him on a mountain bike riding the hills in Caledon or teaching skiing at the local Club during the winter months.
Jim is a family man and spending time with his daughter is his favorite pastime above all.

Jim has found that the qualities of perseverance and commitment and the desire to excel, support him in both his sports and Real Estate business. “I enjoy working toward a goal and achieving it”, Jim says. Winning a Bronze medal in 1979, O.A.C.C All Ontario Giant Slalom or finding just the right buyer or the right home for his clients are clear indications of success.
